Tom is a dual qualified lawyer, admitted in Western Australia in 1992 and England & Wales in 1997.
Tom joined the International UK firm Eversheds in 1996, heading up the Nottingham office of its Building, Construction and Engineering team. He subsequently joined an East Midlands (UK) Practice to head up its newly established construction team and has recently returned to Australia.
Tom has extensive experience of leading the construction input and support to his commercial colleagues and working as part of a team delivering Private Finance Initiative (PFI) projects in the UK. He has provided construction support to both public and private sector clients and assisted on the successful delivery of numerous significant infrastructure projects in the health, logistics, education, energy and water industries.
He has extensive experience of working as an integral part of multi disciplinary teams delivering the range of legal services required on major infrastructure projects.
