Kelli is an experienced property lawyer who has been involved in a variety of general property work.
In relation to leasing, Kelli has experience acting for both landlords and tenants to advise on lease interpretation, drafting and negotiating leases and drafting ancillary lease documents.
She has prepared and advised on various land sale contracts, undertaken due diligence for disposals and acquisitions of commercial properties and has experience managing commercial and residential property disposals and acquisitions.
More recently, Kelli’s practice includes working for both local government and private sector clients in relation to planning and development matters, compliance issues and appeals against planning decisions. She has experience interpreting and advising on local government laws, policies and procedures and state planning legislation.
Her experience also includes land resumption and compensation matters and heritage issues.
